In what ways are we finding value in the idea of ’Quality Management Systems’?

How can we make sense of Quality Management Systems (QMS) together?

16 Jun 2023
12:30 – 13:30

The concept of a Quality Management System (QMS) for organisations within the NHS is emerging. In the Q community there are multiple conversations about this, with many perspectives on meaning and application. This session provides an opportunity to talk to other people from a variety of backgrounds who are making sense of QMS and working with it to strengthen their approach to continuous improvement. This is not a presentation-focused call, but a chance to meet and discuss ideas with your peers.

We’ll use a simple Liberating Structure (1-2-4-All) to facilitate participation and collective learning. Please join us if you are working with the QMS concept or have other perspectives on influencing organisational behaviour to support continuous improvement.

This event is hosted by the Culture of Continuous Improvement Special Interest Group.
